a) I used to create adresses by draging adresses from a general adresses file to a personal sub adresses file. It does'nt work anymore, though it works with typing the adresse in the sub file.

b) Typing or getting the name of several person to send a mail doesnot works anymore. As you enter CR after the first name, it puts cursor in subject as it used to open a new field to type the second name etc...
