Hi, I have tried to subscribe to Mozilla VPN service using my Visa card. I have correctly entered my details but singup page displayed error message. I have tried again with the same card but got error message again. Few minutes later I got notification from my bank account saying that payment (one payment) has been made to FIREFOX PVT NETWORK. I got no email from Firefox and Mozilla VPN page does not recognize that I have subscription.

Ok, so now I see transaction as void. Still not ideal but at least I got my money back. This ticket can now be closed. However, it is very disappointing that there is no contact at all that can help you to deal with payment issues. All FAQs assume that payment was successful and you just want refund or something like that. However, if payment messes up like it has for me you are screwed. Community wont help you with this and you just sit here wondering if you should ask your bank to block Mozilla because you don't know if they will keep taking payments or will you get refund or what else can happen.
