I accidently deleted my password on my moble firefox and had started adding to them again, but then it sync to my desktop machine of around 300 passwords and now they are all gone too and only the ones that were on my moble phone. Help!

I would add, I was trying to get desktop to sync to my phone, but the phone sync to my desktop and the huge list was lost on Desktop.
