I cannot get audio on my Samsung A20 phone from my youtube playlist of: Jane.Sept.Jam.2019. I have no audio problems with my other playlists or any other videos. Some people do have audio on their phones & others do not. I originally thought it was chrome so I downloaded firefox because another user was able to get audio using it but it has not helped me. I bbn have put in support requests to youtube with no response. Any help is appreciated. Seems this has been going on for awhile for other users too. Thanks!

Hi

If the audio problem is just with this playlist and that others work fine, I do not think that the issue is going to be with Firefox for Android. I recomend that the YouTube support team would be the best peple to speak to about this issue.
