Hi, not sure if it's a bug but when I use any password manager(I've tried keepass bitwarden last pass and 1password) with your browser and it inputs the password, the password becomes visable in plain text in the password field for a few seconds before masking. Obviously if I'm in a busy area even though it's only a few seconds my password could be compromised. This behaviour doesn't happen on other browsers so I was wondering why it happens on Firefox. And can I stop it. Android Firefox version 68.0.2 Thanks

Hey Minder78,

There is a setting in Android itself that controls this behaviour.

How to find the setting will vary on different phones, but on my phone it's under my device's Settings > Lock Screen & Security > Privacy > Show passwords - display passwords briefly as you type

Do you have a similar setting on your phone? It would be worth turning that setting off and seeing whether it solves the problem.

Thanks. yes there was a show passwords setting that fixed my problem. It made me think it was a Firefox issue because it never happened in any other browsers. Fixed now though thanks again for your help.
