My inbox used to display the most recent emails received, including new customer orders. Then I think I accidentally clicked the subject tab at the top of the list and now I no longer see the most recent emails or any customer orders. How do I change this setting back?

Perhaps everything is sorting by Subject and not Date. Click on the 'Date' column header to sort by Date. If you see oldest at the top, click on 'Date' again to reverse the sort order.
