Firefox for Android is a web browser, not an email client. If your question is about webmail, check with your webmail provider.

Sorry if i asked on the wrong clicky...thunderbird email is the provider...can not contact them.

Thunderbird is email client software not an email provider. An email provider is who your got your email address and service from. This forum is the official Thunderbird help source. You cannot contact then is any other way.

There are companies with phone numbers listed but they just want your credit card number so use at your own risk.
