Sent emails do not appear in date order

In the email "Sent section" the emails do not appear in date order i.e. One sent email with the date sent as 24/11/2017 would be followed by another email dated 5/2/18

Click on the header labeled DATE to sort on that column. Click DATE a second time to reverse the sort. The column being used for the sort has a small pointer on the header and it points in the direction of the sort order.
