I created some folders to organise my messages in my inbox. I don't need those folders anymore. I have deleted the message filters but can't delete the folders. the screenshot shows the message I get

TRy posting the image again.

Pop mail accounts have default folders and you cannot delete them.

Imap mail accounts see a remote view of folders on the server. If you have subscribed to see a folder, but do not want to see it anymore, then you need to unsubscribe from seeing the folder.

TRy posting the image again.

Pop mail accounts have default folders and you cannot delete them.

Imap mail accounts see a remote view of folders on the server. If you have subscribed to see a folder, but do not want to see it anymore, then you need to unsubscribe from seeing the folder.
