I can not email a client thru Thunderbird, yes from Outlook, WHY? I keep getting undeliverable error messages

Apparently Thunderbird has some sort of issue with some servers, If I email this specific client I keep getting "undelivered" messages, and it is not an issue from My server provider.. or theirs... If I use Outlook it works, From my phone, it works, just not from Mozilla. The error says something about "The message contains a content type that is not supported..... Body type not supported by Remote Host" Can anybody help? I don't want to change to OUTLOOK.
