I receive a weekly newsletter from someone who uses hotmail.

They used to come through just fine, but the last two have looked like one run-on paragraph.

I tried to attach images of the before and after, but the uploading never worked.

My husband also uses Thunderbird and has the same issue. The sender says he has not changed anything and that no one else has complained of the problem.

Is it something in my settings??
