Firefox cannot restore windows and tabs from last session
It says 'excuse me, I have a problem restoring. Mostly this is caused by a recently opened bla bla'. As there is no list of the tabs underneath I cannot unmark specific tabs. All buttons except 'close' are greyed out. This is a disaster, all these websites 'pages' were things I was working on......... Isn't time you guys create a way to store sessions in a way this can always be 'reconstructed'?

You may have corrupt sessionstore file(s). Delete all sessionstore* files and the sessionstore-backups folder.
Type about:support in the address bar and press enter.
Under the page logo on the left side, you will see Application Basics. Under this find Profile Folder. To its right press the button Show Folder. This will open your file browser to the current Firefox profile. Now Close Firefox.
Locate the above file. Then rename or delete it. Restart Firefox.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.
You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.
Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac
Then reinstall the latest version.
Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).
Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.
Flash Player Version: 23.0.0.162 Flash Player (Linux) Version 11.2.202.635

The loss of the session is 'definite' I guess? (was still hoping, working with another browser though accidentally opened Firefox now & then so latest session is not the one I need, was hoping for this 'backup' version..........) (latest might be the actual, backup the previous?) Other browser is Edge, might that be the cause of double Flash as I read it's build in there?
It doesn't matter how many programs call flash, its the same flash. You must remove the older programs
