Now, none of my junk mail if easily identifiable as such, cause there isn't a Junk Mail Icon identifying the mail as Junk Mail, I have looked everywhere to find If that can be turned on, and off, But, Havent found anything like that .....Thank You in Advance .../:-)

There is a tiny square button at the top right of the pane where you see your list of messages and this gives you a drop-down list of available columns. See if the Junk column is offered there.

Alternatively, you can, in this case, just right-click any of the existing column header buttons to see the drop-down list. But in other places such as the address book, you'll need to use the tiny square button, so it's good to know the most general solution.
