Multiple computers cannot connect to thunderbird on external drive
Three computers use thunderbird and connect to an external drive for storage. On each of these computers when TB is opened it shows page but is unresponsive and never connects to anything. We had a power glitch prior to this which may have affected one of the files on the external drive. Drive seems to be working and everything looks okay. Is there some TB file that might be damaged that TB is looking for from each of these computers? If so, what? Any other suggestions?

I think you need to explain a bit more. IMAP or POP3 Do all 3 have Thunderbird's program installed locally? Do all 3 have there own space on server? Do all 3 connect to different accounts? Are the folders on server Local folders or Account folders? or Do all 3 access the same folder? Can they do this at the same time?
Pop3. All have Thunderbird installed locally and all have been working fine with this setup for several years. All 3 have their own space on server. Folders on server are account folders. All 3 have access to the same remote folder. Don't do this at the same time. When I disconnect from the wired internet, the program opens on the computers. When I reconnect and reopen TB it won't respond again.
