I have some bad news: there hasn't been a working Norton password vault in Firefox since early November 2015. But a fix is expected by the end of August. You can follow Symantec's official announcements here:

Oh, and Google no longer makes a toolbar for Firefox. Are there particular features of the toolbar that you rely on? Perhaps someone has created an alternative add-on for those.

Thanx to jscher for your note. I have been able to load the Norton Toolbar into Firefox. It is not complete but at the end of it there are 3 dots, by clicking there you can access your vault & other items. This means that there is a way to import Norton to Firefox. Hopes this helps. SSH

Thanx for your 2nd note re: google toolbar. I have found that all of my log-ins have transferred over & that was my main concern. It took a while to figure it out but I was successful @ importing them. They showed up under 'bookmarks' in FF & then under 'from internet explorer. Hope this helps others too.
