trying to sign into the IOS firefox to sync that browser with my firefox profile gives me an 'unexpected error'. i cant even reset my passord or create a new account because it just gives the same problem

hi, yes there are currently an ongoing service outage affecting logins with firefox accounts. mozilla engineers are aware of it and working to resolve it. please try it again a little bit later & sorry for the inconvenience!
