I would like to sync headers only with Gmail and Live accounts to my PC, then to selective download some messages, threaded view in conversation, how?
I would like to sync headers only with Gmail and Live accounts to my PC, and I wouldn't like to sync all messages content. Then I would like to review headers, preview of message eventually, and to selective download some messages to my PC, threaded view in conversation. Then I would like to delete all other headers on my PC and don't wish for them to be deleted on accounts.

You can wish, but your request is way outside the automated abilities of any email program I have ever heard of.
Using POP accounts you can downloads only headers, and selectively download mail bodies when you select the mail.
POP can also be set to leave messages on the server.
It is this conversation thing that is not going to work, unless you download the message bodies for all the relevant mails..
