The "open containing folder" function in my download library is not working. When I hover over it the words "open containing folder" pop up. However, when I click on it nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated.

Is "Open Containing Folder" enabled or grayed (disbled)?

The latter indicates that the files are no longer in the location where the file was saved.

Hello. Thanks for your reply. I can't tell for sure but it looks like it may be grayed. However, it doesn't make sense that the files would no longer be in the location where the file was saved because I know they were never moved.

Files may have been removed by Anti-virus or cleanup software if you didn't remove the file yourself. You can try to copy the download link via the right-click context menu to the clipboard and see if you can download the file another time.
