Windows validate don't work. Caused by javasettings but menu has changed

Windows validate fails claiming it is not an authentic windows. In the hints from Microsoft they point to javascript settings in Firefox. However the menu in the version I run don't look like I am used to and I am not able to find how to control this. They also points to cookie settings

Windows validation should be done in Internet Explorer.
