Using TB 38.3.0 with Win 8.1. The first time I open a HTML email TB is very slow and shows the green progress bar. Once a message has been viewed, subsequent openings are fast. I found a reference to this problem that recognized it as bug but this was dated several years ago. Is there a fix or work-around for this?
