my spice fire one mi fx1 is not able to load firefox OS. Only spice logo comes and nothing else

Only the spice logo is visible on screen. Nothing else is displayed. I am very disappointed with this device. It was not at all possible to do anything in web using this device. even if I use apps the phone goes for hang. Please send me a OS update with steps on how to do flash the device. I bought this device trusting firefox. Please help
