The feature still works, the buttons have just chaged, a while ago.

The arrow on the left of the address bar may be pulled down or right clicked and if the page you are on has History then up to 10 options to move back (or forwards) are displayed andmt=y be selected by clicking.

Does that do what you expect (and more) ? Note also a forwards arrow appears after you move back. So you have the double arrow displayed where appropriate.
