I guess you are referring to Firefox Toolbar? If so, you can use any of below add-ons to enlarge it:

Use this extension to adjust the font size for the user interface:

>> Big Buttons: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/big-buttons/

Otherwise pls advise if you are referring to Windows taskbar.
