I've installed Adblock Plus, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, disabled ALL add ons and I still get ads popping on my pages. What else can I do?

There are two types of issues, the first is random text is being converted to a link with a green circle and arrow. The second is ads are just being dropped into the middle of webpages.
