when trying to post a link to facebook, the popup tab appears and hides the post button below the taskbar on Win 8.1. Tried moving box but it resizes bigger. Tried resize but again it never allows the bottom of the box to be visible.

Can you temporarily reduce the zoom level to access the button and then increase zoom again (if needed) after finishing the form? You can use either:

  • Ctrl- to reduce zoom, Ctrl+ to increase zoom
  • Hold Ctrl and scroll the mouse wheel (toward you reduces the zoom, away from you increases the zoom)

You can try to open the system menu of the popup via Alt+Space and use the keyboard to resize the window.
