Tile bar missing in "Write" email message. When I open a new email message to send out, the tile bar is gone. I have no way to send the email!

Open a Write window. If all the toolbars are missing press the alt key to make the menu bar appear. From the menu bar select View-Toolbars and turn the missing toolbars back on.
