All of my inbox emails are missing the body of the message prior to 10:19 this morning. I've cleared cache, done virus scan and rebooted the computer and the body is still missing on everything. The body can be seen on all emails since then.

have you checked your anti virus program has not quarantined your inbox. Morton in particular are notorious for it.
