When downloading Itunes I get error messages that say Error 2 and not found.
Itunes goes through the download process and it will not open. I get the error messages listed above. Have been on the phone with Apple for hours. Getting frustrated cause I want to use my want to use my new IPOd. Any proven suggestions would be appreciated.

How is that related to Firefox support? Mozilla doesn't make a browser for the iPod.
It was the folks at Apple that suggested I contact Mozilla as the problem did not seem to be with their software.
Are you trying to download some sort of iTunes program for installation on your Windows computer? And you are trying to use Firefox to download that program?
Yes. I have downloaded Itunes using both Firefox and Explorer and my Windows doesn't recognize it after the process is complete.
