I followed all the instructions for the "new" Firefox sync so I could sync my desktop browser with my android devices.... and.... three hours later nothing has synched. On any of my devices. The old synch worked in minutes, the new one works NOT AT ALL! I go into android settings>accounts>Firefox and the stupid thing says it synced a few minutes ago. Well that's bull because all my desktop bookmarks are here on my PC, waiting to go to my android phone, and they're not getting there. What do I have to do to make this work?

Well I figured it out. Turns out I needed to go to the android device settings > data usage > menu > and enable "auto-sync data." Gee, you might want to tell your end-users that they need to have that enabled. Seems kind of important to me. It took me six bloody hours scratching my head trying to figure out what was wrong, nothing in the Firefox app was gave me any clue. Why the hell isn't this listed in an FAQ somewhere? Seems kind of important since without the user knowing about this, sync can be FUBAR.
