FF uses all memory. I start computer. Start FF to blank page. No Internet connection. No other programs running. Ran memtest before - all Crucial RAM good. If I leave FF on, doing nothing all RAM will be used. Linuxmint 20.3, FF 100. Does this happen with Windows or Mac?

I've long used firefox for research using google scholar and science journals to directly import references into endnote. However, since the recent update (firefox v98) direct import of .ris files (endnote) is no longer possible. The only option is to download the file.

There is no option to configure these file extensions in settings, and no prompt asking how to handle them...only where to download.

Please recover this function, as firefox is becoming increasingly unusable (loyal firefox user since 2002).

MY ORIGINAL ACCOUNT EMAIL IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. WHEN I TRY TO LOG IN ON A NEW COMPUTER FIREFOX SENDS A CODE TO AN EMAIL ADDRESS THAT I CAN NOT ACCESS. HOW DO I GET THE CODE SENT TO MY SECONDARY EMAIL?

Using Outlook web, when viewing pdf documents, it displays strange symbols (incorrect font sets are probably used).

I point out that using Chrome the problem does not arise.

I also installed the microsoft fonts thinking it might solve the problem I attach illustrative image.

Clearing the cache and opening in troubleshoot mode did not help, hence repeated question. All attachments open in Edge and Chrome but I like Firefox so very like to fix the problem. Many thanks for help on this

Cannot delete items added to cart on patioslingsite.com using Firefox. Works ok using Google and Microsoft Edge browers. Using latest Firefox update on my Windows 10 OS and tried a few setting changes in Firefox without resolve. Is there a particular setting that needs to be changed or is there something else going on?

When I visit Hulu.com some strange emails appear along with legitamite emails, but ones I have never used on the Hulu site. Is there a way to remove them?

Does anyone else have this problem and how did you correct it? I did try the Chrome browser and it did not act in a similar way. My Windows 10 is up to date. Thanks.

I'm highly suspicious of an extensions i downloaded a while ago. It has blocked facebook from tracking me as some websites i access automatically uses Facebook. When I checked the manager to make an exception for a website I was using, I don't see it there, not even to disable it. I even double checked if my only blocker, UBlock Origin is preventing it from showing but it's not even there either. So now I'm worried my data is compromised.

Only happening on the profile/account page is showing up all in spanish. All the other pages for example, this page where we ask our questions, and every other page loads in the correct language that I have it set too English. I am in desperate need since I have to verify suspicious activity and devices but I can't since I do not read or understand another language.

Over the past several days I've developed a problem where Firefox uncontrollably scrolls as posts are added while on Facebook. I've turned off smooth scrolling, etc. and it happens while Firefox is in troubleshoot mode. It appears others are experiencing this but so far I haven't found a solution. I would like to enable picture-in-picture without constantly having a popup for it anytime my cursor goes onto the video screen. You could just put a button somewhere out of the way. It's so annoying I have to just disable it, and that's not right. Nobody needs popups of any kind for anything ever. It's the same as an ad.

For the past few days, my picture-in-picture that shows up for videos always just goes to fullscreen. I am unable to resize the video or have anything else up, it just becomes a full screen of whatever I chose which defeats the purpose, I feel, of this setting.

Please help.

Please help me get me get back to the way I viewed my e-mail messages. Right now the print is oversized and doesn't fix th screen and there is not way of scrolling to see the rest of the message to the right.

As of this morning, the Firefox browser on my work computer does not get access to any website - including mozilla itself. On the same computer Safari works without problems, on my smartphone and in the same wifi network my mobile Firefox works.

What is wrong?

I have a constant problem with Chase.com - they are telling me it's Firefox, then it's because of the cookie blockers on FireFox. I have heard every excuse under the sun. I try to login, I get chase doesn't recognize device, then they send a one time code, which doesn't work, so I have to call them, they tell me it's Firefox causing the problem. I know that's a myth because the same thing happens on MS Edge. Is anyone else having this problem? Do you have any suggestions?
