Just clicked onto community says My Account is NOT Active WHY NOT

IF I CANNOT GET BACK INTO MY FIREFOX AND/OR GOOGLE ACCOUNT I CANNOT GET MY EMAILS TO SYNC. How does someone get ACCOUNT HELP? I'll pay for the blasted help if just to get my emails out of FIREFOX? Such BAD customer service -- oh yeah, we aren't CUSTOMERS cause Firefox is FREE. Right now that is EXACTLY WHAT FIREFOX and MOZILLA are worth -- NOTHING, NADA, ZERO, TRASH! And now it will cost me $$$$$ to get my computer completely reset to eliminate ALL TRACES OF FIREFOX!!!

For years I have watched the French evening news (le j-t de France 2) on Firefox. But once the latest version was installed, it has no longer worked. I get to the website okay, but when I click on the arrow to start the program, nothing happens. I've made the website an exception to pop-up blocking and have canceled the no tracking icon on that site, but it hasn't helped. Any suggestions? (I'm a professor emeritus of French.)

I frequently open a web page, start filling in a dialog, switch to another tab to gather evidence, then return to the original dialog. In the past few days, I have experienced the loss of my input into the dialog. Indeed just now when I started searching help, added my question, then was moved to a replacement page to log in, I returned to the question to find it deleted. Earlier today when I had spent ca 15 minutes composing a reply to contribution in a Google discussion group, the same thing happened.

Is there someone in Moxilla who considers that my contributions are really worth deleting, and spends days waiting to pounce on my messages?

Is this a consequence of the new Firefox security system (whose name I cannot check for fear of losing this text along with the previous ones)?

BUT I cannot get the item to log in. This is the error I receive: "We have encountered a System Error. Please navigate to the login page, and try your transaction again."

I LIKE firefox, but this is very irritating and I need to know how to fix this because I have the same issue with a few others

For the Last two months Firefox is not working on the below two site but the same site works properly in Chrome, Edge, opera, kindly see what is the issue we professionals as Company Secretaries, Chartered Accountant always use below sites but from last 2 months both the below sites are not working. when we trying to login, the site automatically logout and login. Kindly check and resolve the issue at the earliest.

Is there a possibility to get more recently used bookmark folders? No there are only 7 folders but I could show much more recently used bookmark folders. When I use Function "Choose" I get a small window where I see only 6 Bookmark folders. Same here, my screen can show much more folders and it would be much easier to choose the right one when I see 15 or 20 folders.

Is there a possibility to get more folders in the view?

I am having problems viewing some web sites using Firefox 111.0.1 (64-bit) on MacOS Ventura 13.3.1.

It isn't one specific web site, but a number of sites on which I see persistently see the same problem - jumbled, meaningless characters in place of the text. I have attached images of what I am seeing at the Quietus and the CRAN network. The CRAN problem exists across mirrors.

I have tried clearing the cache and cookies.

Any suggestions welcome.

My company IT department recently reset everything on my work computer, so I am trying to get Firefox to look the way it looked two weeks ago. I am on a PC, and I used to have the options for history, bookmarks, etc. in drop-down menus above the tabs bar. How do I get that back?

Since yesterday, I am unable to login to the Kaiser Permanente website. the page is greyed out and the loading symbol just continues to circle. When I talked to Kaiser tech support, they asked me to try another browser. I tried MS edge and it worked easily. They said they had been getting calls about this very problem. There seems to be a conflict between kaiser website and firefox browser. I prefer firefox to edge or chrome. I can't fix this. Does anyone have any ideas? TJ
