This began some time ago. My laptop Windows 10 only has 2 saved articles. My I-Phone has all saved articles. What happened? I used to be able to see the complete collection on both.

When I try to access https://smh.com.au I get the following response:

The site works with Microsoft Edge, which is not my usual browser. (That's Firefox). I have tried clearing history and it has no effect. Can anyone confirm that this is a Firefox message and what it means?

I'm still using windows professional 7, it works for the most part. Unfortunately often the browser won't load or it will load and runs very slowly, then it shows a box saying close previous firefox. When it is running slowly I often have to hit the browser many times until the box shows up saying close previous firefox. Is this something to do with windows 7 or another completely different issue.

I have two end users that are having a different issues but they are of similar nature. First user can not upload anything to Microsoft Share point. She gets a message that says she does not have proper permissions to upload. She does not have the same issue on Chrome or Edge. The second user is trying to download and or save a file from a couple of different websites but regardless on where she tries to save it on her computer it says she does not have proper permissions to save to "x" file location. She also does not have this issue when she is on Chrome or Edge.

For both users I have tried clearing cache and cookies, Rebooting their computers, uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox, deleting registry keys/user data from the computer itself. I have had no luck with resolving this issue and I can not find anything online that remotely resembles this issue.

My system recently slowed considerably. When I checked what was happening, I found there were up to 14 Firefox 'windows' showing in my Task Manager, and collectively these 'windows' were consuming over 25% of the computer memory (650+MB) even with Firefox just opened as the initial browser screen; no addresses etc had yet to be added. I've followed many of the troubleshooting suggestions, but to no avail. I have not reset the browser as yet as I need to understand the root of the problem

I have attached images of what slowly occurs when I don't clear my cookies, websites start to slowly and slowly load less and less until they eventually completely break and wont load and I have to clear my cookies, resign into everything. and rinse and repeat every few days or a week, I also attached an image of what the purchase screen is supposed to look like. All of a sudden the Firefox password I've been using for a long time stopped working. I went through the reset process, set a new password, and it still doesn't work! What I am doing wrong? Keeps asking me to re-enter the password, and when I do, it says it's not correct. Is this a widespread known issue?

This URL below will return a XML file in Edge/chrome but not in Firefox. I use Joomla as a CMS and it's extensions to display a RSS feed worked fine in both browsers until a couple of months ago. I've tried with a vanilla Mozilla/FF with all extensions disabled but still will not return the XML file

I am trying to download a large file. Am on a course, and the main tutor has given the group a file to download. Have tried downloading this 5 times, but get little luck. The file that I would want to download is 8.5GB, and the furthest I get is about 4GB.

I have 2 questions about this.

1) I seem to have a very 'in and out internet connection. It seems to go down at times for no reason, cutting off the download. Is there anything I could do about this? How could I troubleshoot this, please? 2) Does anybody know of any special tools that I can use to download in a more efficient manner, please? I really appreciate the container tab option for my browsing, as it affords me more privacy and I am a stickler about my privacy. However- I have been having an issue with links that I am attempting to open in a specific container that will load, and then immediately reload into the tab without a container. This has happened several times. The most recent example is that I clicked on a link from FB, a site I tend to avoid, and specified that I want it opened in a FB tab, as I don't trust them not to track me beyond that. However, the link loaded in the FB tab and immediately again with no container whatsoever. There was no request, no warning that I had set up the "multi-account container" and did I want to use it in the designated container... nothing. This has happened with links before as well.

Hi, I am using Linux Zorin and have updated to a later OS but cannot reinstall my stored files because, "/home/garry/.mozilla/firefox/0czvkt76.default-release/lock". Which has confused me, I have used a Deja Dup backup which uses Duplicity files as per the Zorin programme. Duplicate files are stored in a WD ext hard drive. What can I do to recover my files pls? In "about:policies" there are 2 Active Policies: "DisableTelemetry", and "DisableDefaultBrowserAgent" Also, in "about:policies" I'm not sure if it's related, but there is a long list of policies there too.
