I found the use of using right-click on images to get a general menu, and the middle-clicking on "Open image in new tab" a boon, because it would often enlarge the images and make them easier for me to see.

In the past two days, suddenly this has become a hit or miss situation and I'm not sure why. Sometimes I can middle-click on "open image in a new tab" multiple times and get no response. Other times if I hold down for a while and then release, it will open the image. And then other times again it will work as intended.

I'm not quite sure why this issue has suddenly occured.

Firefox is up to date, Version 113.0.2 (64-bit). My mouse is a KLIM Blaze, drivers 3.1 which again seem to be up to date. My middle-click in new-tab is set to true in firefox's config.

Does anyone know why these issues are happening?

I see in the blog the roboform extension does not work with Firefox for many users. It errors that it only works in a browser. Why can't Roboform see or associate the connection when Firefox browser is in use. If it is in use, then Roboform should work. Is it a Firefox problem or a roboform problem? Between both of you surely someone can resolve this problem? It seems Roboform has washed their hands of the problem because they reply with a standard enable process that doesn't work for many people. I am on my 2nd new computer and still have the same problem. Again the error states it only works when the browser is in use. If the browser is in use, then what is the problem? thanks for any assistance you can provide.... I like Firefox and Roboform, it would be a blessing to have both working at the same time. Before I got new installation of Firefox (after crash) the start page had correct favicons automatically for every favorite webside button. But now in version 113.0.1 most favicons are wrong and I don't know how to reset them. Please help.

In windows 10 I have disabled ClearType antialiasing. Because of this, Firefox does not make antialiasing of some fonts: Firefox-Google Firefox-Wiki

On the same system, Chrome browser does antialiasing (grayscale): Chrome-google Chrome-wiki

How to force the Firefox to use antialiasing the same way as Chrome?

This problem is getting worse all the time. Seems like each upgrade it gets worse. I shut down FF expecting it to restore all the tabs when restarting. But... Gone. Currently Mac OS 13.3.1 (22E261) FF Version: 113.0.1 (64-bit)

Is there any way to turn off the button "Open video in a new tab" that appears when you hover on an Instagram video? This button is blocking a button from an extension that I want to use.

Example. Let's say I'm using FirefoxTranslations to translate an average-sized article, on Wikipedia, from German into English.

On the top left hand side of the screen, FirefoxTranslations tells me it has downloaded 17'140'835 bytes.

It always seems to be the same amount of bytes. This is downloaded for every single translation.

I thought that, once downloaded, the vocabulary would be stored, locally, on my computer. Permanently.

Doesn't look like it's happening.

What am I doing wrong?

I used to use Firefox about 19 years or more The last two years..... FireFox was enable the auto-translate of Youtube videos in Arabic language automatically ........ Then it stopped working since four months

I thought that the "Improve Youtube extension" was the reason. I contacted the developer and said:

Its misunderstanding of the feature :( afaik as is today Improve Youtube will use the subtitle language to switch on CC if its provided in this language by video author, it doesnt switch auto-translate. Ill look into making it enable auto-translate if requested CC is missing.

Today I noticed that all videos have Arabic CC ..... Mmm, the feature has returned to work again! without any interference from me In order... to make sure the reason...... I disable all my FireFox extensions, and it is surprising that the automatic translation is still working and I recorded a video to see for yourself how to work directly once you enter the video

I know that YouTube has options for displaying / enable auto-translate always ... but it is only for the English language .... I am talking about the translation of the Arabic language in all videos Sooooo A feature from YouTube itself or what? And if it was, why did it stop in the past four months, and now it has returned to work?
