After the last update whenever I use the Firefox browser are extremely zoomed in.

Using a viewport checker, its showing for some reason Firefox is displaying my DPR at 1.40. Default settings should usually have it at 1.00

However going into the setting shows everything with Firefox IS set to default (for example zoom is set at 100%, etc)

After trying to find a fix myself I found old Firefox forums suggestions to go into the config and adjust a certain value (the layout.css.devPixelsPerPx) which defaults to -1.0. While adjusting this value to about 0.75 made what appears in the browser window return to normal, the actual parts of the browser (the address bar, tabs etc) were made unreadably small.

I'm having to use Firefox with every single website zoomed out to 70%-80% cause whatever that last update did broke my broswer. Apart from the above fix I tried normal fixes such as clearing cache, doing a "refresh" of Firefox install.

To put it in short: Everything on my screen, when using firefox, from the bottom of the address bar down to the bottom of the screen, is about 40% zoomed in, however none of the settings are shown to have been changed from the default values.

After the latest download, the Firefox menu bar seems to be larger. Some of the bookmarks have been moved off of the to the ">>"" menu. How do I get it back to the former size?

Hi, Ten minutes ago, my Firefox browser was upgraded and now all my webpages' (no matter what site) appearance has changed for the worse. They all appear with enormous fonts. I tried to change the fonts in settings but it doesn't make any difference. The only way to change the appearance is to manually change the zoom setting for each page. Before the zoom I used was 110% but now the fonts are enormous and I have to reduce the zoom to 90% for each page that I open. Please advise.

I opened Firefox today to find everything zoomed in- the toolbar, the websites, everything. It was completely fine last time I used the browser. I have already attempted going to about:config and trying to change the resolution via layout.css.devPixelsPerPx, and it changes nothing. Some help would be appreciated.

After update of Firefox version 103.0.1 the symbols are too big and the size cannot be reduced (to small size). So too few symbols fit into a symbol line. How can this be fixed?

I think I may have accidently pressed a button and made the homescreen giant even though it shows as being at 100%. Does anyone know of a way to return to to normal?

After the new update when ever I try to access a web page it looks zoomed in like way zoomed in and it is breaking many sites for example I can not even see the the bottom of this help box. It is not zoomed in it is a 100 percent.

my ASUS laptop was automatically updated to Firefox version 103. it now will not fit my screen. i cannot see the right hand portion of the page and cannot find a way to access it.

Hi! Yesterday i updated my firefox to last version and i got my UI way too big, so today i looked online for some fix on that. I found a fix saying if you add a line in about:config site with the parameter "ui.textScaleFactor" with a value of 100 it will be fixed. but by mistake i changed it to 10 insted of 100 so when i open firefox i have a super big black screen

most of my problems are i can't reinstall firefox because it made the same weird big ui problem. There is any way to fix it?

After installing version 103 on my ASUS solid-state laptop, the firefox home screen will not fit on my screen. it will not scroll right to be able to access the help button..

Since firefox updated in the last few days my browser is not working properly. Every thing is overly large and I can not adjust it. And it keeps flickering and jerking every once in awhile It does not work if there is a drop down list. I can not click on the list.

    i am sure it's come to firefox's attention that the new upgrade 103. is a bug / problem with making everyones' browser too large.. 

all you have to do is read the forums..

is there an expected fix" by firefox for this ?.....it really is a bad things...we all need to do business on firefox and it seems that this is a browser ( firefox) killer for a lot of us here..

Unknown to me 301.0 was installed on Windows 10 computer this AM. When I tried to open Firefox to home page the "picture" of the window was enormous. Screen captured only a small portion of normal display. How do I get back to a normal sized window. Happens only with Firefox...no other programs.

After the latest update (103.0) everything has grown larger, but the text. All images and interaction boxes. I have an example from a few months ago, is a different resolution but I was using the 4k for a while in 102 and there were no issues. No apparent option in settings to change the zoom/size of the bar. All other apps had nothing changed compared to this if that helps? If any other screenshots are needed please let me know, thanks!

Stop trying to fix, then sabotaging, whatever we finally cobbled together to get things to work. Yesterday, I could set a Firefox page alongside another application, each half a screen, side by side. Today, your idiot upgrade only allows the firefox page to shrink to 2/3 of screen measured horizontally, so it blocks the other half-screen application. You coders and your mania of fixing what ain't broke and breaking what weren't!

I am unable to see the whole screen and cannot access various tabs or buttons like the download, bookmarks, etc. The firefox screen is too large for my computer. This has occurred since the last update. Can I have the old version back??

Few days before everything was working as usual. But few days before the size of firefox gets larger. It means the tabs, URL address bar menu becomes larger. I'm using the same screen resolution as I'm using previously. I've refreshed and reinstalled firefox several times, even I reinstall my Windows OS. But the problem is still there. I'm using NVIDIA GTX 1650 super GPU.
