Здравствуйте. Я установил сертификаты по инструкции, которая лежит на s.sber.ru/70VQ2B . После этого в мозилле не прогружается полностью окно входа на online.sberbank.ru, не видно содержимого фреймов (сейчас попробую сделать скриншот). В Microsoft Edge работа нормальная. Удаление сертификатов, перезапуск браузера и компьютера не помогли. На других компьютерах ещё не проверял. Посоветуйте, пожалуйста, что можно сделать. Windows 10, Firefox 153.0.3 (64-разрядный).

Just recently I changed my privacy settings to take advantage of the privacy opt-out option for websites not to share my data or information. I went to my AMX credit card account and now every time I move to a new page the message, "Your Global Privacy Control opt-out signal has been honored" pops up and gets in the way of the information on the page. I am constantly having to click on the X in the corner to close the message box. Once would be enough for each main website. Having it pop up every time is absolutely annoying. I like having this option but if it's going to make me have to close the informational box every time I move to a new page or back to a former page, then I will have to undo the choice. The web designer who put this message text into the Firefox browser needs to find a way to only have it pop up once if they feel it is really necessary to tell me that they are blocking information from other companies. I really don't even need the first message just as long as it works behind the scenes. I hope someone gets web support to look into this issue. It's just so annoying.

Hi, I believe this is some kind of bug/issue after the latest browser update (as I've quite literally never had this issue before). I like my launch page not to be cluttered with nonsense, no widgets, no activity, just my standard pinned shortcuts and the google search bar. However, after the latest update, "stories" have been on and have stayed on (despite altering all the settings that should get rid of it altogether). Even after turning it off, it appears it turns itself back on immediately. I don't want to see this junk and shouldn't have to, no one should, I even went to the trouble of blocking all topics in hopes the thing would just vanish. It did not. I hoped to report this to Mozilla more directly but couldn't find a meaningful bug report option. If anyone else has encountered this or if anyone has a true solution, I'd like to hear it, thank you.

My little brother signed me out of my mozilla account while trying to login to his school account using my computer yesterday. Now, even after signing his account out AND removing his account entirely from my firefox, I'm unable to login using my credentials on the "original profile" which is what I've always used. This is the message I get when trying to login:

This profile was previously synced to a different account To keep your data organized and secure, each Firefox profile can only be synced to one account. To sign in using (email)@gmail.com, create a new profile.

He wasn't even able to fully login with his account, and even after completely removing his account from my firefox (as far as I know) I'm not able to sign into the original profile at *all*, even though that's what I've always used. Does anyone have a solution for this?

All other credit cards, banks, finance, etc. accounts sign on fine. I deleted my "saved" Chase sign on in "tools" and tried setting up the Chase account from scratch but it didn't have any result. Running W-10 with latest updates. Called Chase and was not comfortable with their response. Since it's a long holiday weekend (4th July) I will call them again on Monday to see if I can get someone else with more knowledge at Chase support. Any help from you guys would be appreciated. When I try to make a Google search I get the following message, "I'm not a robot" with a reCAPTCHA: "Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot. Why did this happen?". This happens on Firefox, but not Chrome or Edge. I have scanned with Malwarebytes, Bitdefender, Hitman Pro, Trend Micro House Call and Microsoft Defender, nothing detected. Running Win 10 (64) with 'Extended Security Updates', Firefox 152.0.3 (64), no additional Extensions or Plugins, no VPN and have run through the troubleshooting suggestions. Also I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. Note: currently I do have extensions installed, previously I did not, however with or without the problem exists Attached screenshots

How do I turn off the "split view" option... or move it somewhere else?

I get you are trying to add features... but this is one I dont need or want... and its in the place of a feature I ACTUALLY use "open link in new tab".

Very frustrating to try to open a new link only to loose HALF the screen I am currently using and NO WAY to move said tab off.

Unbelievably weird placement of this "feature".

Firefox does not delete history by using any of the recommended procedures. Clear recent does not work either. The only way I can delete history in by going to manage history and manually deleting.

I used your built-in VPN for a long time and it really helped me out because I live in Russia and half the internet is inaccessible without your VPN. I want to inform you that your VPN has stopped working for me. That is, if I turn on the VPN and only then will your built-in VPN work, I ask you to fix it so that the VPN works as well as before. Trying to access search Home Depot, Lowes, Tractor Supply gives errors. Works with Chrome. Started about 2 weeks ago or so. I use Starlink, no VPN, tried disabling Ad Blocker, Clearing cache for Lowes, no Add ons, but still doesn't help.

Error msg from Tractor Supply is: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/catalog/lawn-garden?" on this server.

Hi I've attempted to disabled the entire new block of 'Stories' but they continue to show up cluttering my screen. Why isn't 'disable' working? How can i get rid of everything except the search window and my single line of helpful links? Gary

I usually use firefox to download things, and watch videos, however, sometimes, when I change tabs, try to minimise firefox, close a pop up, even if I just pause a video, it randomly decides to instead completely freeze and require the app to be completely restarted, and it occasionally decides to roll back my search history.

In fact, Firefox crashed as I was writing this, i'm lucky my progress was saved, these issues have made firefox completely unusable about 70%-80% of the time, and i'm running out of browsers to switch to, opera is run on lies, chrome is just bad, and now firefox is dying.

Just for reference, no other application or web browser that has ever been on my current device has ever acted like this, I'm currently using a decent PC running Windows 10

I'm using Windows 10 on a PC. Norton Security app is preventing web browsing by Firefox. The message I get is: "We prevented your connection to ful.hartonly.com because it is a dangerous webpage. Threat category: URL:Blacklist" I can still web browse using Google Chrome without any problem. What is ful.hartonly.com and how do I clear it?
