"Contact support" page broken, unable to send issue regarding inability to change account password.

I have been trying to contact support about an issue regarding being able to change my account password to the page at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/moz… (ďalšie informácie)

I have been trying to contact support about an issue regarding being able to change my account password to the page at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-account/form, however I cannot seem to submit any information. When I try, the page reloads, followed by multiple uncaught errors observed in the console, including a cross site origin request block error (in the latest stable Firefox). My browser settings use the standard browser privacy setting, and custom DNS.

Regarding the error I was trying to report, I am unable to change my password, receiving "incorrect password" despite entering the correct current password. In the browser console, a POST response with error 400 is shown.

For a week or better I have been unable to download anything through my Firefox browser, I have refreshed and uninstalled Firefox (I had to reinstall through another browser) in an attempt to fix this issue to no avail. I cannot download from verified sites, nor am I able to download Firefox's own extensions or themes (when I attempt I get an error telling me to check my connection, screenshot included).

I would like to be able to use Firefox normally again, with the ability to download files and install my extensions restored.

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with my website's compatibility with Firefox. website My website, which provides online educational resources and tools, is not displaying certain interactive elements correctly when accessed through Firefox. These elements work perfectly in other browsers like Chrome and Safari.

Specifically, I've noticed that some JavaScript-based interactive features, like quizzes and drag-and-drop activities, either don't load or don't function as expected. I've already cleared the cache and ensured that Firefox is updated to the latest version, but the problem persists.

Has anyone else encountered similar issues, or does anyone have suggestions on how to troubleshoot and resolve this compatibility problem? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Apologies if I'm repeating a previous request - couldn't tell if it was submitted.

I'm running Windows 10. While changing the startup screen somehow an image I thought was deleted appeared and now is frozen, apparently on top of a Firefox window. I've rebooted, restarted and followed the Windows help suggestions with no success. Right now I don't know whether this is a Firefox or Windows problem. I updated Firefox today to the newest version before this happened.


Any help will be appreciated. I can open new Firefox windows.

Why is Firefox backing up my bookmarks in a json file, when Firefox itself doesn't recognise the file type when trying to restore said bookmarks? I WAS able to restore my bookmarks by converting the json file at https://www.jeffersonscher.com/ffu/bookbackreader.html. But why can't Firefox just back up as an html file like it used to? I had to go off searching the internet for a solution, turning what should've been a 5 minute job into nearly an hour 😕

I am experiencing a significant issue with my website, which fails to load when accessed via Google Chrome. The website works perfectly on other browsers like chrome, Safari, and Edge.However, when attempting to Click here in mozila, the page remains blank and does not load at all. Additionally, I have noticed a persistent problem with reCAPTCHA. Even though I solve the CAPTCHA correctly, it repeatedly appears, preventing me from accessing the site. Hi. I feel like this problem has only shown up in the last couple months but for some reason, on firefox, when say watching something on youtube and I go to pause or skip around in the video I'll get this very unpleasant distorted digital noise sound very briefly. I've tried turning off and back on hardware acceleration and some other things but no dice. I can hear the distortion on my onboard sound, my usb headset, and hdmi audio through the graphics card so I don't think its my hardware. This distortion also doesn't happen with say MPC/VLC or watching Youtube via Edge or Chrome.

YouTube all of a sudden started to slow down and only be able to load videos fast enough in 360p resolution, I tried watching YouTube on Microsoft edge and YouTube handled 1080p easily there, I have cleared the cash and made sure my Firefox and Windows are up to date and still the issue persists.

this only seams to occur on YouTube as amazon prime and speed test works without issues

Today all of the sudden, one of my computers running Firefox won't connect to Youtube at all. It says security issue with HSTS. It also says there there is nothing I can do to resolve it. Surely that can't be true. Youtube runs on every other computer in the office just fine.

Today for the first time after the latest update 127.0 (64-bit), my many firefox pages and tabs crashed and closed and a pop up to send crash report.

So I have fired up firefox again to find only a single page opens up, I have lost probably 16+ pages with multiple tabs on each, been like that for months, I have 32GB memory so there is normally no issues or slowness. However after the crash, even though only a single firefox page is open, windows task manager shows Firefox (20) and if I expand the task, I can see each firefox is taking lots of memory.

So it looks like the old session pages/tabs are still there somewhere but not accessible, I would like to get them back if possible. I went through reseting it to default, disabling the add ons etc but nothing has worked.
