''Fixed, see [/questions/1450036] Solved 6/15/2024 problem of frozen screen'' Apologies if I'm repeating a previous request - couldn't tell if it was submitted. I'm running Windows 10. While changing the startup screen somehow an image I thought was deleted appeared and now is frozen, apparently on top of a Firefox window. I've rebooted, restarted and followed the Windows help suggestions with no success. Right now I don't know whether this is a Firefox or Windows problem. I updated Firefox today to the newest version before this happened. Any help will be appreciated. I can open new Firefox windows. P.B.
