hate and need to remove dropinsavings dropdown (that screws up upper right corner of prints)

I think I've gotten rid of it, however I haven't restarted my computer yet , but so far, so good. I went to: Tools, Options, Privacy, Accept cookies from, exceptions, address of website, type in: dropinsavings.com, check: block
