If you are using FF4 it's probably because it's crap.

The only viable solution is to use a workable browser. I would suggest Chrome or Flock.

Can you describe the problem in more detail? Does it affect particular sites or particular types of downloads?

Also, your add-ons might be relevant, but I don't see a quick and easy way to generate a list of them in the new interface (Tools > Add-ons > Extensions).

Hi jscher2000, It happens on every site i try to download from,new tab keeps opening continuosly,making it impossible to access any other tab or command,hence the need to restart computer.Please any help would be appreciated.BIGFOOT711.

FF4.0.1 too beta to use

I downloaded 3 again, backed up my bookmarks to be safe, removed FF4 - keeping my personal settings, reinstalled 3.

Everything is now back to normal including tabs.
