The https://www.empirehealthcare.com/ site uses an AES-256 bit connection for me (128 bit strength is a little outdated and not recommended anyway). You can click the How do I tell if my connection to a website is secure? button on the location bar and click More Information to see the details of the current connection.

What kind of problems do you have with accessing that site?
Does Firefox show a SSL or certificate error or is something else wrong?
