{Ctrl + Shft + A} will open the Addons tab.

The orange Firefox button is the default for 4.0b11, it shows when the Menu bar is hidden. To un-hide the Menu bar temporarily hit the Alt key. To have the Menu bar show all the time, you need to click on it in the View > Toolbars menu - Menu bar, or by right-clicking on the Navigation bar and clicking on Menu bar.
