I am trying to unintall Firefox version 3.6.6 because it does not work correctly!

I want to uninstall Firefox 3.6.6. because it does not work correctly! I am unable to uninstall using standard uninstall procedures. It appears many others are having this same issue!! I would like Mozilla to provide a solution to this issue ASAP! I used to love using Firefox and now it's just a pain in my @$$.
