I cannot print from the Firefox screen. Only a small portion prints. Also, the printer hangs up on Firefox

I cannot print from the Firefox screen. First the printer hangs up. After I push the restart button, it eventually prints but only a small portion of the page. Most of the page is blank. This happens on all printers. It does not happen when I use Windows Explorer. No changes I make to the print options seem to make a difference. If I try to cut and paste into Word, I cannot get bar codes or other pieces of information that I need
