hello i have windows 11 laptop and have hp looks like there is a driver update i will try that to see if that solves it and i also have AMD RYZEN 7000 series cpu and a AMD Radeon graphics card and i also have the latest firefox browser that is available
driver updates didn't solve the problem
i just refreshed firefox and it's still not working it still does the same thing
the DEVELOPER version does the same exact thing with the dashboard i wonder if it's a bug for Firefox or some bug with the reward website. it seems to do this on Chrome Microsoft Edge and firefox

If you see it on other browsers then it is likely a website issue.
