The warning that Firefox shows when websites redirect or reload the page is blocked can no longer be controlled via Settings.

You can set this pref on the about:config page to false to disable this accessibility feature.

  • accessibility.blockautorefresh = false

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. On the warning page, you can click "Accept the Risk and Continue" to open about:config.
