This program is the control application for a 3ware RAID system. It no longer works due to RECENT updates to Windows 10 and Firefox. I've run it on Windows 10 for years with no problem

What is essential is the ability to override Secure Connection Failed by allowing this application to execute. There are many thousands of users with this issue (just do a search for 3Ware 3DM2).

In the past, there was the ability to identify a safe application and continue. Please create a way to proceed with this web page application.

Thank you,

Ted Gage

What is the problem with the secure connection ? Is this a self signed certificate or something else ?

No, it's a program from 3ware, then LSI and now Broadcom.com. It once worked on Windows 10 and firefox.

Now to the point. This 3DM2 web based program controls a raid system. If a drive goes bad, you can identify and replace the drive, and use 3DM2 to update the data. I'm running RAID 50 which can handle multiple failures before a fatal stop. However, while rebooting I saw one hard drive is not working. Trying to run the program was refused.

At one time, a firefox user could select a program that was possibly bad, and make an exception to run it. I've set every permission of https://localhost:888/ to allow and it still will not execute. What's the workaround? This program is OK and I need to run it to protect my system.
