Missing text and spurious characters replacing text on many sites.
I have to use Microsoft Edge or similar to be able to read many text based emails because of blank or spurious characters replacing text when using Firefox.t.

Could be a problem with the encoding, websites should use Unicode these days and no longer use an 8-bit Western or Windows encoding.
