I am on Windows 11. I utilize Firefox only. I have always been able to obtain banking statements but now I am getting an error message: "Your session has timed out due to inactivity. To access your online statement please close this window and click the link found in Online Banking to reopen online statement." I contacted the bank and they had me clear cookies but it didn't help. They tried to get me to cookie settings, bit mine steps were not the same as theirs. The had me go to Chrome and their site worked perfectly. I prefer Firefox and would hate to have to make it my primary. Do you know why my banking is not working on Firefox? How can my cookie setting be OK for Chrome but not Firefox?
