Cannot Turn M/VPN On in Windows 10 in FIrefox

I tried to change my location in M/VPN (Windows 10, Firefox) today as I do frequently. It appeared to change but immediately logged off. Attempts to change it back or to any other location resulted in the same behavior.

I uninstalled the app then downloaded and reinstalled a fresh copy. I've getting the same result as I did before reinstalling.

FWIW, it is still working on iOS.
