If I try to minimize 1 tab the entire window minimizes and can only see the entire list of tabs while trying to work in only 1

There's no mechanism for minimizing tabs. But you can click on any tab you wish to work on, so you can see it.

There are other things that need attention.

Your System Details list shows some suspicious extensions.

  • Email 100.0.0 (@Email)
  • Search Incognito 2.1.17 (@searchincognito)

The latter is known to cause issues with changing the search engine (e.g. Bing). I don't know what the Email extension is about.

How are you minimizing the tab(s) ?

I can only minimize the entire thing at the right upper corner. What do I do about the extensions?

Email 100.0.0 did you install it ? Do you have Thunderbird Email and is hooked to that ?

Search Incognito seems to be a Firefox Extension but.....poor thing to have.

Please go to Programs and Applications (yes is still in win10, hard to get to.) Settings --< Adds and Features and check for the program in there and uninstall it if it is there.

Then Please use more than 1 scanner as each uses diff tech :

Save your Report and google each before deleting anything as do not want to delete something you need, If need help :

Post in only 1 forum, then wait.

After reboot please follow up with Firefox and check to see if the issue is still there. If so post back.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

I see what you try to do. If you minimize the window then you no longer have the Tab Bar visible if that is what you mean. If you want to minimize the space a tab uses on the Tab Bar then pin the tab via the right-click context menu.

The Tab Bar is part of the window and you can only hide a full window including the user interface area.
